We’re looking for a Security Consulting Manager who knows that real security isn’t just about tools, it’s about making security make sense for the business. You’ll lead complex security initiatives for clients in technology, media, software, and platform industries, working where strategy, technical depth, and client trust all meet.
This isn’t a back-office role. You’ll be the person clients call when the problem is hard, and the one who shapes how security gets embedded into their digital transformation not bolted on at the end.
Responsibilities:
- Own the delivery of multiple client security engagements from scoping through execution without losing sight of quality or commercial outcomes.
- Advise clients on complex security challenges across cyber strategy, IAM, OT security, vulnerability management, and detect & respond.
- Stay ahead of the curve on emerging threats and technologies especially AI-driven risks and translate that into practical guidance clients can act on.
- Work cross-functionally with delivery teams, account leads, and internal security specialists to build solutions that actually stick.
- Build long-term relationships with client stakeholders by integrating security thinking into their broader business objectives not just their IT roadmaps.
- Contribute to thought leadership and help shape how the practice grows.
Requirements:
- 5-10 years of cybersecurity experience, preferably in consulting or large organizations.
- A track record of managing client relationships and delivering security projects you know how to hold a room and how to hold a timeline.
- Broad security domain knowledge: you don’t need to be a deep specialist in everything, but you need to know enough to ask the right questions across OT, IAM, AI risk, and threat detection.
- Commercial awareness you understand how security decisions connect to business risk, and you can articulate that clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- Fluency in English and Dutch.
- A degree in a security or technology-related field (Bachelor or Master level preferred).
Benefits:
- Competitive base compensation benchmarked to experience and market.
- Performance bonuses tied to individual and team results.
- Opportunity to invest in the organisation’s long-term growth with equity options for eligible employees.
- Long-term incentive structures linked to personal and business performance.
- Comprehensive financial protection and benefits coverage.
- Access to financial planning tools and advisory programmes.
